Getting Help If you are having trouble using our software, the first place to start is to review our Getting Help page. If you still have problems, please send an email to support@mycorkboard.com. Please do not send general support questions directly to our webmaster. Our webmaster is responsible for the operation of our web site and will not be able to provide routine technical support. PLEASE NOTE: It is important that you check our Getting Help page before writing for help. Since we are small and MyCorkboard is FREE, we cannot always answer our emails as quickly as you may desire.
